2. Booking, Enrollment, & Payment Terms

To begin receiving dispatch services:You must complete a carrier/owner-operator onboarding form and sign all required agreements.Service fees will be charged as agreed in your dispatch service contract (e.g., percentage-based or flat fee).Payments are due upon completion of loads or on the schedule agreed upon in your contract.Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations

Termination of dispatch services must be submitted in writing. Any outstanding balances remain due following termination.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:Provide accurate and up-to-date company, driver, and equipment information.Maintain all required insurance, permits, and authority.Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and safety rules.Promptly share proof of delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and required documents.Communicate in a timely manner regarding load status, delays, or issues.You are responsible for operating legally and safely on all dispatch assignments.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:Use the website for hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.Use our dispatch services to engage in illegal freight activities.Misrepresent your identity, equipment, or operational status.Share or misuse confidential rate confirmations or customer information.Violations may result in immediate termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, documents, and graphics—belongs to Am Dispatch and is protected by copyright.You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Am Dispatch is not liable for:Lost profits, delays, or missed opportunitiesAccidents, damages, or safety violationsBroker or shipper disputesLoad cancellations by third partiesIndirect or consequential damagesOur total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

7. Force Majeure

8. Termination of Services
